We are a supplier of quality material handling components.  For over 30 years we have been selling our material handling products exclusively through distributors, OEMís and integrators.

Q.  What types of material handling components do you offer?

We offer one of the widest ranges of material handling components in the industry from loose replacement conveyor rollers to large conveyers and other components that fit together in an array of systems. Work stations and ergonomic devices such as scissor lifts and tilters complement the Omni product line.

Yes, we have Project Sales teams that are specifically dedicated to assisting OEMs and Integrators in multiple industries. Q.  Do you service your equipment?  
We do not have field service capabilities. We are set up to manufacture conveyor components in Alpena Michigan. Our customers typically add value to our equipment at the time of resale and beyond through:

  • Installation
  • Supplemental equipment
  • Controls
  • Service
  • Maintenance

When there is a need to service the warranty our customers will:

  • Troubleshoot the issue and determine the cause
  • Discuss the issue with Omni
  • Act on Omniís behalf in support of the equipment as authorized by Omni
  • Receive account credit or reimbursement as negotiated in the discussion

Omni can receive the equipment in Alpena, address warranty issues, and return the equipment via motor carrier if this is a viable option for all involved.

Q.  Do you have a price list?
A   We do provide price lists to some of our high volume distributors for some standard items. However, due to the many factors that influence pricing, such as raw material prices, quantity sensitive manufacturing processes, fees for expedited items, etcÖ we ask that you contact our customer service department to obtain a quote for the lowest prices currently available.

Q.  What are your product lead times?

A.  With such a vast product offering that question is difficult to answer.  However, Omni Metalcraft Corp. is noted for its agility and short lead times when it comes to providing customized equipment.  When looking into lead times for any of our products, the best thing to do is contact the sales support for your region.  If you don't know who you contact is, please visit our Contact Us page today.

Q.  Are expedited deliveries available?

A.  We understand that not every project goes as planned and that there may be instances when changes must be made.  That is why our team of professionals will work with you when things come up to make sure your project is completed on time.  Omni Metalcraft Corp. works closely with several trucking companies and our team is happy to assist in expediting a delivery if necessary.

Q.  Are expedited lead times available for products?

A.  In most circumstances, expedited lead times can be accommodated.  However this is dependant upon multiple factors such as vendor deliveries of raw material, current thru put, delivery and the engineering support necessary for the project.  Our sales professionals will work closely with all of our operations to give you an accurate lead time for your purchases and when the need to expedite comes, our indepedent business structure enables us to effectively service your needs.

Q.  What carriers do you use?

A.  Because we work so hard to accommodate multiple types of freight all over the nation, our shipping teams work closely with many preferred carries to get the job done.  Our customers will often supply us with their carrier of choice or they will provide their own trucking options.  Either way, Omni is here to be flexible and work to meet our customers needs.
