POWER TURN BELT CONVEYOR (PTBC)

  • Welded 10 ga. steel frame and slider bed pan.
  • Tapered roller end pulleys
  • Trackmate 120 EMB belt. Other belt types - available.

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:

Belt
Black Trackmate 120 EMB with clipper lace

Conveying Widths
Up to 48 in. in full one inch increments. Larger widths available.

Frame
10 ga. steel frame and slider pan. Rigid welded construction.

Floor Supports
4 in. structural channel legs with 4 in. of adjustment. Available up to 36 in. top of belt as standard,up to 84 in. top of belt possible as option.

Drive/Tail Pulleys
Tapered pulley with 1/4 in. Vulcanized Lagging.

Bearings
Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings on drive and tail pulleys.

Belt Guiding System
Belt is mechanically guided at outside rail with a nylon tire bearing.

Conveyor Speed
Constant 60 FPM at belt centerline.

Speed Reduction
Sealed worm gear "C" face hollow shaft speed reducer.

Motor
230/460V - 3 phase - 60Hz - totally enclosed fan cooled.
