Omni Metalcraft Corp. has been engineering and supplying quality scissor lifts for a number of years. Our robust construction and customized designs have led to the success of our lift tables in multiple environments and throughout a wide variety of industries. Since Omni offers scissor lifts with multiple configurations, designs and actuations, we are able to create the proper piece of equipment to suit almost any application. Although we offer a wide variety of standard lift tables, we specialize in customizing, making Omni your scissor lift supplier of choice.

Capacity: A wide variety of scissor lifts ranging from 500 to 100,000 lb capacity. Units built to your specifications are easily accommodated. Options include special table sizes, mobility packages, pit mounted units, multi-tier units, conveyors and/or turntables mounted to scissor lift platform, tilters, special paint color and private labeling.

Platforms: Oversized platforms, beveled edges for pit mounting and lift eyes are standard options.

Pivot Pins: All pivot pins are easily replaceable without grinding away any welds. Each standard pivot point consists of a non-regreaseable turned ground and polished pin and a self-lubricating high performance bushing. Depending on capacity and your unique application, pins and bushings with other characteristics may be used.

Wheels: Every wheel is supplied with a grease packed precision bearing for low friction operation and longer life.

Cylinders: SAE (Mobile) or NFPA (Industrial) cylinders are both available. Cylinders are clevis mounted with a regreaseable spherical bushing to insure proper cylinder alignment. This design minimizes cylinder side loading which extends the cylinder's life. Unique designs may require different cylinder mounting.

Some of our popular options include special table sizes, mobility packages, pit mounted units and high cycles packages. Since Omni is also a preferred supplier of conveyors, turntables and tilts, we can easily customize the lift to your specifications. Many configurations are available for quick shipment and special paint, stainless steel units, private labeling and a full remanufacturing program are all available.
