Omni product classifications help describe material options and design features generally offered together for use in various washdown, corrosive, and food processing applications and environments. These specifications may be modified and combined to suit individual customer requirements as needed.

ULTIMATE (U-CLASS) 
U-class stainless steel material handling components are used for sanitary and food processing applications. These products are manufactured in accordance with American Meat Institute (AMI) and USDA sanitary design criteria and are intended to be easily cleanable, accessible and inspectable.

  • Manufactured with 304 stainless steel, polished finish materials, unless otherwise noted
  • Sanitary frame & leg support designs
  • Sanitary "water-tight" roller designs
  • Stainless steel or polymer housed roller & flange mounted bearings
  • Washdown rated, epoxy painted motors & reducers
  • FDA/USDA approved belting materials
  • NEMA-4x enclosures & components
  • Continuous TIG welds

PREMIUM (P-CLASS) 
P-class stainless steel material handling components are generally used for frequent washdown, high-corrosive, and food processing applications.

  • Manufactured with 304 stainless steel, mill finish materials, unless otherwise noted
  • Standard frame, leg support & roller designs
  • Rollers with thru-bore bearings are NOT "water-tight"; liquid may become trapped inside
  • Stainless steel or polymer housed roller & flange mounted bearings
  • Washdown rated, epoxy painted motors & reducers
  • Stainless steel sprockets & fasteners
  • Corrosion-resistant chain
  • FDA/USDA approved belting materials
  • NEMA-4x enclosures & components
  • Non-continuous MIG welds

DELUXE (D-CLASS) 
D-class corrosion-resistant material handling components are made primarily from carbon steel materials and are generally used for occasional washdown and low-corrosive applications.

  • Standard frame & leg support designs (epoxy painted, galvanized or aluminum)
  • Standard roller designs (zinc plated, galvanized, PVC, stainless steel or aluminum tubing)
  • Rollers with thru-bore bearings are NOT "water-tight"; liquid may become trapped inside
  • General purpose roller & flange mounted bearings
  • Washdown rated, epoxy painted motors & reducers
  • General purpose sprockets & chain
  • Zinc plated fasteners
  • General purpose belting materials (white PVC / galvanized wire mesh / plastic modular)
  • NEMA-4x enclosures & components
